First of all, you should determine the needs, technical characteristics, and design of the object, as well as select possible equipment options.

The design requires “Urban Planning Conditions and Restrictions” or a letter of refusal to issue them, as well as a design task and technical specifications. The rest of the required documents depend on the type of construction and the relevant equipment.

If, according to the calculation of the consequence (liability) class, the object belongs to the consequence class CC2 (medium consequence class) or CC3 (significant consequence class), it is mandatory to undergo a comprehensive examination. If the object belongs to the minor consequence class CC1, an examination of the design documentation is not required.

The timing of the project design works is individual and depends on the complexity of the object, as well as the need to perform certain types of design: the average period is from 30 to 90 days.

After purchasing and installing a gas boiler, it is mandatory to have the boiler first started up by an authorized service partner to be covered by the warranty. If the first start-up procedure is not performed, the boiler is not covered by the importer's (manufacturer's) warranty.

The following procedures are performed during the first start-up of the gas boiler:

  • checking the correctness of the installation according to the manufacturer's installation instructions and the gas boiler installation project, the correctness and tightness of the connection to utility networks (gas supply, water supply, etc.);
  • commissioning of the boiler;
  • instructing the user (the owner of the object where the gas boiler is installed) on the rules for safe use of the gas boiler, the term and conditions of the warranty;
  • filling out the Warranty Card for the gas boiler;

All modern gas boilers have the ability to connect a room thermostat. We recommend that the user consult a specialist to ensure that the room thermostat is correctly matched to the gas boiler.

Yes, it is necessary. According to paragraph 5.4. of the Safety Rules for Gas Supply Systems – “Maintenance of internal gas pipelines and gas equipment of residential and public buildings, .... is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the operating documentation of gas equipment manufacturers on a contractual basis. The conditions for maintenance are provided by the owner in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine.”

Maintenance is performed in order to keep the equipment in operating condition, in accordance with the instructions of the heater manufacturer, and to prevent or timely replace parts and components that may affect the operation of the heater.
